The information on this page can help you search and find Alliance contracted providers, specialists, facilities and equipment.
Step
1. Select a plan
Your first step is to select if your health plan is
Medi-Cal or In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS).
Step
2. Select a provider type
Click on the image of the provider type that you would like to search.
Note: You can see a brief list of providers included in each provider type if you set your mouse below the picture of provider type.
Search for a provider
Once you select a provider type, fill in as many fields
as you like to describe the provider you are searching for. Some ways that you
can search for providers are explained below.
· Provider Name: Enter any part of a name, including a clinic’s name (for example: Salud Para La Gente). Leave blank to see all names.
· Accepting New Patients: Checking this option will only search for providers who are accepting new patients.
· Extended Office Hours: Checking this option will only search for providers that have extended hours.
·
CCS: Checking this option will only search for
providers that are able to provide California Children's Services program
services.
· Gender: Select an option from the dropdown list to search for “Male” or “Female” providers only.
· Specialty/Type or Facility/DME Type: Select a value from the dropdown list to search only for providers within the specialty that matches your request.
· County: Select a county from the dropdown list to search only for providers within the county that matches your request.
· Address, City, Zip Code: Enter any portion of an address to search only for addresses that match your request.
· If you would like to add more details for your search; click on the More Search Options text in red to search by NPI (National Provider Identifier), provider and staff languages and hospital affiliations.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Find a Provider” button to see the results of your search.
Vision, behavioral
health or pharmacy providers
To find providers that offer vision services, outpatient behavioral health and
pharmacy services, please click the hyperlinks at the bottom of the Select a
Provider Type page underneath “Alliance Partners”.
Understand your search
results
When your search results list a provider office, you
can view more information about the providers affiliated with an office by
clicking the “expand” icon
for that office. The
expanded section shows the provider’s name, primary specialty, NPI, whether the
provider has an alternate specialty or board certifications, the provider’s
hospital affiliations, and the languages the provider speaks. From the expanded
view, you can display additional information and group name/office locations
associated with a provider by clicking the blue “Details” link for the
provider. The icon toggles to the “collapse” icon
, allowing you to hide the expanded section.
When your search results list an individual provider or
facility, you can view more information and group name/office locations
associated with a provider by clicking the blue “Details” link for the provider
or facility.
Filter the results of
your search
To filter the results by any other search criteria fields, specify the filter values in the Filter Results box on the left, and then click Apply Filters at the top of the page. The results will update to match your new criteria. Click Clear Filters to remove any filters you applied. Your original search criteria remain in effect.
You can only filter the results by any search criteria fields that you did not specify on the search page; for example, if you specified a city in your search criteria, then you cannot filter by city in the results.
If you would like to start another search, click “New Search” at the top of the page.
Other helpful information

You can increase or decrease the size
of the font in the provider directory by clicking the plus or minus buttons
near “Font Size” on the top right of the page. To reset font size to the
default, select “Reset Font.”

To view the directory in Spanish, select
“Cambiar a Español” on the top right of the page.

At any time, you can start a new
search by selecting “Provider Directory Home” in the blue banner at the top of
the page.
